Lifting the Giant GL1800 is easy with Big Blue using our Dedicated GL1800 Mount set, It gives you the freedom to carry out work on the bike that is simply not possible with conventional motorcycle table lifts plus Big Blue does not Use Up valuable garage floor space!

With the bike on its side stand simply slide the lift under the bike, the Front mount locates under the crankcase towards the front of the engine and the Rear mount sits directly behind the “Plastic” radiator reservoir tank at the back of the crankcase (be careful not to damage) once located in the correct position start turning the Power Screw in a clockwise direction assisting the bike by the seat as it climbs to a vertical position, check all is in place and your ready to go!

Setting up to lift is easy with the GL1800 as the front mount assists to hold the bike in a vertical position while locating the rear mount, obviously lifting giants like this can be intimidating to some and so for this we recommend the use of our Bikegrab Wheel Chock to assist you in the lifting process, this way there can be no mis-haps!

All you need for lifting is a high torque 2 speed power drill with the Drive Adaptor Supplied, a 22mm socket and your bike will be “Safely” airborne, completely Wheel Free in seconds ready for any type of work needed and importantly, provisions are also provided for tie down straps on the front mount to secure the bike to the lift!

Big Blue can also be Raised and LOCKED for the Ultimate protection of your bike, what’s more you can store it up on the garage wall when not in use “Something you cannot do with a Hydraulic/pneumatic Workbench”??
